Mama is always right so if you got the wrong size or haven’t used your Mama Strut, simply send it back for a refund or exchange within 30 days. Please note:
• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
• Merchandise must be returned in original packaging with all components.
• Merchandise returned without the original packaging, missing components and/or damaged, may not qualify for a refund.
• Shipping & handling fees are nonrefundable.
- Mama Strut’s billed through insurance are not eligible for return.
- If you billed your insurance through a Medical Equipment Supplier, please contact them directly regarding their return/exchange policy.
We offer $9.99 standard shipping & handling in the US. After processing your order, shipping will take 3-5 business days.
