Have the wrong size?
We want to make sure that every mama is supported, so if you got the incorrect size we can exchange it within 60 days of purchase.
• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed. It is OK to briefly try on your Mama Strut over clothing to assess fit.
• Merchandise must be returned in original condition and in original packaging with all components.
• Merchandise returned without the original packaging, missing components and/or damaged, will not qualify for an exchange.
• Exchange shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

We understand that sometimes forces out of your control may keep you from using your Mama Strut. We will accept returns for a refund, less shipping, within 30 days of purchase. Please note:
• Merchandise must be returned in original condition and in original unopened packaging with all components.
• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
• Merchandise returned without the original unopened packaging, missing components and/or damaged, will not qualify for a return.
• Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded.
- Mama Strut’s billed through insurance are not eligible for return.
- If you billed your insurance through a Medical Equipment Supplier, please contact them directly regarding their return/exchange policy.
We offer $9.99 standard shipping & handling in the US. After processing your order, shipping will take 3-5 business days.
Expedited shipping is $19.99 and expedited orders ship the next business day and are sent via 2 day express shipping.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destination.
